Terms & Conditions
For all orders (This applies all orders on top of additional T&C for each platform. Any area over wrapped, additional T&C on the platform you chose for order will be prioritised.)
•Please let our staff  know what allergen you have as China Court Bakery is not an allergy-free kitchen, and we handle various ingredients in the same kitchen. Items may come into contact with any of the allergen ingredients.

• All images are reference only, please be aware as we will replace fruits if is unavailable on the collection date, please let us know any allergen, it will be the customer reasonability to let us know some certain fruit you might not want to have on the cake.

• China court bakery holds all right of images from website.
•Please check order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive within one day, please contact us.
•In the event we cannot fill your orders, we will contact you as soon as we can.
•If you need large/bulk order, please contact us minimum 14 days at info@chinacourtbakery.com. However this notice days vary depending on your requirement and it can be much longer than 14 days.
•It is customer’s responsibility to key in correct information.
•We need 3 days notice for pre-order. For exmaple ordering on Monday is for collection on Thursday same week or before. 
•If you need to reschedule date or cancel your order, please e-mail info@chinacourtbakery.com with 3 days’ notice. For example, ordering on Tuesday to collect your order on Friday of the same week, otherwise we cannot make any change, cancellation, nor refund for this order.
•We cannot take packageing request.
•We / Third party collection point do not keep items past your date of pick up. Order cannot be refunded/replaced.
•Please refrigerate cake as soon as possible following pick up and keep refrigerated until serving. Do not keep cakes outside for more than 2 hours. Handle delicately, as our cakes are very fragile. Our cakes and bread are best eaten on the date of purchase / especially cake with fresh fruits decoration.

 

For China Court Bakery Deposit

•When order are confirm, we will need 50% Deposit to secure the order. Order will not be placed until payment had received.

•Cancellation/ Changes will need 3 days notices for pre-order, please e-mail info@chinacourtbakery.com, less than 3 days notices we cannot make any change, cancellation, nor refund for this order.

 
For China Court Bakery collection
• You can collect anytime during store opening hours on the date you chose.
•Please bring confirmation e-mail as proof of purchase to collect your order.

 

Giveaway Vouchers

• All vouchers is valid in China court bakery store only

• Only one voucher can be used per purchase 

• voucher are one time use only, once used it will be no longer valid.

• Promotion voucher cannot be used in conjunction of other promotions

• Vouchers are non-refundable and vouchers are non-transferable and can not be exchange for cash
